Poeso and Corbin continue to do well. Poe is recovering from her C section faster than the docs expected. Especially since this morning they informed her that she could/should have been on Vallium for pain management every 6 hours but was only offered it to her once on Monday morning. I may joke, but Poe is not frail. At this point, barring complications, we will be checking out tomorrow, Wed morning, before noon.
Corbin continues to do all of the things you think are so droll when other babies do them that are so amazing when your own child does them: squaks at odd hours for no reason, burps in chorous with his mom, entertains himself with handpuppet shows, looks arround with that befuddled look of "ummm, just where the heck am I?". I won't bore you with any more detail just that I continue to be amazed by this little life and the thought that he is my contribution to our family...I suspect the feelings are hormonially induced so you don't try to shake the child at 3 in the morning when you haven't slept in 3 days because he cries every 20 minutes. Luckily for him I seem to be a sucker for them.
